Brendan Waters
Hi.
My name’s Brendan.
When it comes to tax (or anything rugby) come and have a chat with me.
I understand that tax is not everyone’s cup of tea, but it is mine. For the first five years of my career I worked from junior to senior roles as an auditor for the IRD, so I know a thing or two on the subject.
Since making the switch to public practice in 1999, it’s been great to see a client burdened with this three-lettered word leave the office with a smile on their face! I also make sure that they are kept up to speed and at the front of the pack with tax law constantly changing.
There’s a great deal of satisfaction to be gained in finding workable solutions for my clients whether it be a tax, accounting, or strategic business matter. As a landlord, I have a particular interest in residential and commercial property, which means I can offer clients sound advice from both an accountant’s and landlord’s perspective.
When I’m not crunching numbers in the office, I like to think that I can be found crushing the opposition in a game of squash or touch rugby! The time that is impossible to put a price on however is that spent with my wife Angela and kids Matthew and Sienna.
Be sure to drop me a line and let me know how I can help you.
